You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return it unused. If the item is defective, you can also send us a photo as proof. Once we review the image, we may be able to resolve your issue without a return. Refunds will be processed within five business days after receiving your returned item or confirming the issue via photo.
Please note: Beauty products and items purchased during promotions or at a discount are not eligible for returns.
How to Return an Item by Mail
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a refund or exchange it for a different size or color, provided it was delivered to a parcel center near you.

Reach out to us via email to receive the correct return address. Since our products ship from various distribution centers, we need to determine the appropriate return location based on your order. - INCLUDE YOUR ORDER DETAILS
Securely pack the product in its original packaging and include a note with your order number. You are responsible for the return shipping, so always request a tracking number from your shipping provider. After sending the package, email us at info@nordiche.dk to confirm whether you’d like a refund or an exchange.
Important: Our main office is in China. Please note that returns must be sent to our supplier in Asia. - SEND THE PACKAGE
Drop off your package at your local post office or parcel center.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@nordiche.dk. If your cancellation request is made within 24 hours, we will provide a full refund. Otherwise, you will need to return the items once they arrive.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original shipping fees will be deducted.
The delivery time for exchanged items will depend on your location.
For secure returns, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
